How long will it take to receive my order?
We do our best to make your magnets and ship your order within 2-3 business days. Your order should arrive within 3-5 days once your order is shipped.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number included.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not currently ship internationally.
How do I upload images:
- Select Choose File on the product page.
- Select where you would like to upload your images from. You can upload images from your phone or your computer. You will see several available options. Here are just a few: Local files on your computer, Dropbox, Google Photos, Instagram, Facebook, OneDrive, etc. You may upload files from different locations for the required number of uploads depending on the product you’ve selected.
- Select and Open your images.
- You will have the option to crop or enhance the image once uploaded.
- When you have the images the way you want them and have uploaded the required number, simply select Add in the lower right corner.
- You will see your uploaded images on the product page. That’s all there is to it! The last step is to select Add to Cart.
Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes! If you're interested in purchasing a larger quantity of custom magnets for business advertising, a special event, or for anything you need, please contact us at maplemagnets1@gmail.com or through the contact page on the website for options and pricing.
